One of the greatest benefits of a personal chef is that you can eat the foods you enjoy, prepared using the freshest ingredients in your own home. The following menu items are merely suggestions. If you have a favorite family recipe, I would be happy to cook it for you. If you have a list of favorite dishes, let me know. The important thing is that you eat what you enjoy. Most entrées will be served with appropriate side dishes.
