One of the greatest benefits of a personal chef is that you can eat the foods you enjoy, prepared using the freshest ingredients in your own home. The following menu items are merely suggestions. If you have a favorite family recipe, I would be happy to cook it for you. If you have a list of favorite dishes, let me know. The important thing is that you eat what you enjoy. Most entrées will be served with appropriate side dishes.

Thick veal chops rubbed with rosemary, olive oil and garlic and pan roasted
Beef Tenderloin
Tender beef, seared, roasted and served with a port wine/balsamic reduction sauce
Cioppino
Shellfish and fresh fish, simmered with a light tomato wine broth. A San Francisco classic!
Pan Roasted Duck Breast
Boneless duck breast, roasted and topped with a berry, red wine reduction.
