As an adult, Chef Allen decided to follow his dreams and go to culinary school, where he honed his skills. After interning at one of Fort Worth’s finest restaurants, Chef Allen opened Home Appetit to bring fresh homemade cooking to you.

A graduate of TCU and an avid Horned Frog fan, Chef Allen lives in Fort Worth with his wife and new son, Gabriel.
